Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.

On the first day of your 4-day Uganda gorilla trekking safari, you will arrive at Entebbe International Airport and be received by a representative from your tour company. From there, you will embark on a scenic drive to Lake Bunyonyi in southwestern Uganda. 

The drive will take you through rural areas, with breathtaking views of the rolling hills and valleys of Uganda. Upon arrival at Lake Bunyonyi, you will check into your chosen accommodation and have the rest of the day to explore the lake and its surroundings.

Each trek is guided by a ranger, who will lead you through the dense jungle to where the gorillas are located. The trek can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day, depending on where the gorillas are.
