3 Day Jinja City

Day 1: Kampala to Jinja

Departure from Kampala City in the morning.

Passing by the Namugongo Martyrs’ shrine to learn about the historical background.

Depart for Sezibwa Falls, located on River Sezibwa, Mukono district, through Mabira equatorial forest, while at Sezibwa, you enjoy the exquisite scenery of the falls, rock climbing, and bird watching, as we make a start to Jinja city.

En route, enjoy a scenic drive to Jinja, known as the adventure capital of East Africa.

Upon arrival, check in at Source Garden Hotel, a cozy accommodation arranged by Natux Tours and Travels.

Lunch at a local restaurant to savor Ugandan cuisine.

Afternoon visit to the Source of the Nile, a historic and picturesque site where the Nile River begins its journey.

On arrival at the Nile, there will be a welcoming cultural dance (Basoga dance), visiting Mahatma Gandhi’s monument as we proceed for a boat cruise and a visit to the source of the Nile.

Optional activities: Boat ride on the Nile, bungee jumping, or quad biking (additional cost).

 Overnight stay in Jinja.

Day 2: Jinja Exploration, Busowoko falls.

Breakfast at the hotel

Embark on a thrilling white-water rafting adventure at Busowoko Falls on the River Nile,  

While at Busowoko, expect to enjoy great views of the waterfalls and take a lot of incredible photos and videos.

Lunch at Busowoko Falls.

Explore Jinja town, visit local markets, and interact with artisans.

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Jinja to Entebbe Airport

Breakfast at the hotel.

Depart for Entebbe Airport, while on our way back, we shall have a stopover at Mabira Forest 

For scenic views and photos.

After Mabira, we shall move on and visit the Namawojolo local market in Mukono as we continue to

Airport.
