Our 9-day journey through Western Uganda with Natux Tours and Travel was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we were picked up in Kampala until our farewell on the last day, everything was perfectly organized, making this one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever experienced.
Our guide, James Mutabazi, was the highlight of our adventure. His deep knowledge of Uganda’s wildlife, landscapes, and local culture brought each destination to life. He was not only professional and punctual but also warm, engaging, and passionate about his country’s natural beauty. His expert driving made us feel safe on even the most challenging roads, and his keen eye for spotting wildlife was impressive—he made sure we didn’t miss a single moment!
Highlights of our trip:
Queen Elizabeth National Park: James took us on thrilling game drives where we saw lions, elephants, and countless other animals. The boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel was breathtaking!
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest: Gorilla trekking was a life-changing experience. James prepared us thoroughly and shared fascinating insights about the gorillas and their habitat.
Lake Bunyonyi: We relaxed by the serene waters, enjoying the peaceful ambiance and scenic beauty.
Kibale Forest: Chimpanzee trekking was another incredible adventure. James ensured we had front-row views of these playful primates.
Local cultural experiences: We had the chance to visit local communities and learn about the traditions of Western Uganda, an enriching and humbling experience.
